The three sources
Where each public real comes from.
- Municipal — agreement with the São Roque city government: pays salaries, payroll taxes and rent.
- State — BRL 27,600 approved for 2026, spent on human resources. Months with no transfer are published as zero.
- Federal — BRL 60,000 approved for 2026, also spent on human resources.
- August 2026 has not been approved yet, so no figures are published for that month.
All public money goes into a dedicated account, may only be spent on the authorised purpose and is reported to the São Paulo State Court of Accounts through the RP-10 annex.
Honest reading
None of this money buys food, electricity, clothing or medicine.
Food, utilities, cleaning and hygiene supplies, clothing, furniture, appliances and building maintenance depend 100% on private donations. Every P.A.S. director is an unpaid volunteer.
