Privacy

Transparency also applies to your data.

This notice explains how we measure website actions and how you can accept, decline or change your choice.

What we measure

With your permission, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to know when someone copies the PIX code, starts a food donation or completes a valid form. This helps evaluate which campaigns connect P.A.S. with people willing to help.

Copying PIX or starting a donation records intent. It does not confirm a bank payment, a food delivery or the amount received.

Data, purpose and recipient

Measurement may use browser identifiers, technical visit information and the action performed. Form contents, names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, messages, PIX keys and receipts are not sent through this measurement.

Data is sent to Google only to measure and improve P.A.S. advertising. You may decline without losing access to the website. Your choice is stored in this browser and can be changed through “Privacy preferences” in the footer.

Why your gift is essential

We hold an agreement with the São Roque City Hall, but those funds only cover salaries, payroll charges and rent. Water, electricity, phone, cleaning and hygiene supplies, clothing, furniture, appliances and building maintenance come exclusively from our own resources: donations and events.

Tax insight

A direct donation to P.A.S. is not deductible from Brazilian income tax — the Receita Federal states this explicitly. Companies taxed under Lucro Real may deduct donations to non-profit civil entities up to 2% of operating profit. See each rule with its official source.
